Route 23 was closed in both directions shortly before 10 a.m.
HARDYSTON -- A motor vehicle crash with injuries has closed Route 23 in both directions Monday morning, state transportation authorities said.
The state Department of Transportation reported on 511nj.org shortly before 10 a.m. the crash occurred near the highway's intersection with Route 517/Munsonhurst Road in Hardyston Township.
All lanes were closed and detoured in both directions, according to the DOT.
Motorists should plan an alternate route.
