The home invasion robbery occurred on Dec. 28, 2013
NEWTON -- Three men pleaded guilty on Wednesday in connection with their roles in a Dec. 2013 armed home invasion robbery, New Jersey Herald reported.
A charge of first-degree kidnapping was dismissed against Donte Crumidy, 39, Jarrell Belle, 27, and Delquan Baskett, 32, in exchange for guilty pleas by the trio to armed robbery, burglary, along with weapons and other charges, the newspaper reported.
Authorities have said Crumidy, Belle and Baskett were among six individuals involved in the Dec. 28, 2013 armed robbery of Larry Gribler's home in Green Township, State Police have said.
When Gribler's wife answered the door, the group bound her at gunpoint and filled a bag with possessions before fleeing.
State Police have said marijuana, cocaine and $12,000 in cash were found in Gribler's home.
Larry Gribler was charged with drug possession and distribution, but later allowed to enter the state's pre-trial intervention program. Those charges have reportedly been expunged following his successful completion of PTI.
Three months after the home invasion, Crumidy, Belle, Baskett and three others -- Michael Johnson, Morgan Ivory and Elizabeth Cooper -- were arrested.
Johnson, Ivory and Cooper pleaded guilty in 2015 for their roles in the robbery. Johnson and Ivory were sentenced to seven years in state prison, and Cooper was sentenced to five years.
Crumidy, Belle and Basket are reportedly scheduled to be sentence on Aug. 25.
