Most of the stolen items were returned to the business owner, police said
ANDOVER TOWNSHIP -- Two men have been arrested in the theft of $25,000 worth of tools and equipment from an auto repair business in Andover, according to township police.
On Saturday, the owner of the unnamed business reported that the commercial burglary had occurred overnight, police said.
A subsequent investigation led to the arrests of Anthony Cinque, 19, of Newton and Dominick Kopec, 22, of Ridgefield, police said.
Most of the stolen items were returned to the business owner, according to police.
Cinque and Kopc were both charged with burglary and theft.
Municipal Judge James Devine set bail at $25,000 for both suspects and they are being held at the Bergen County jail, police said.
Andover Police thanked the Ridgefield Police Department and the numerous local businesses that assisted with the investigation.
