Mark Kruckmeyer, 47, of Stanhope died following the crash along Route 206 in Andover Borough
A 47-year-old man was killed Monday afternoon when his car collided with a truck in Sussex County.
Mark Kruckmeyer was driving south on Route 206 in Andover Borough around 2:45 p.m. when his vehicle crossed over the center line and hit a truck hauling a utility trailer carrying construction equipment, State Police said.

Kruckmeyer, of Stanhope, was pronounced dead at Newton Medical Center at 3:57 p.m., according to Sgt. Lawrence Peele.
The 70-year-old truck driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries, Peele said.
There were no passengers in either the car or the truck.
