School districts throughout the county have announced delayed openings for Friday, March 4, 2016 due to inclement weather.
The following schools are operating on a delay as of 6:10 a.m. Friday:
- Andover, two-hour delay
- Byram, two-hour delay
- Frankford
- Fredon, two-hour delay
- Hardyston
- High Point Regional High School, 90-minute delay
- Hopatcong, 90-minute delay
- Newton, two-hour delay
- Ogdensburg, delayed start at 9:45 a.m.
- Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School District, two-hour delay
- Sparta
- Sussex County Technical School, one hour and 45 minute delay
- Sussex-Wantage Regional School District, 90-minute delay
- Vernon, two-hour delay
- Walkill Valley Regional High School, two-hour delay
