Victor Razumov, 21, was previously declared incompetent to stand trial in September.

NEWTON -- The man who's accused of killing a 73-year-old woman during the burglary of her home in 2012 was again declared unfit to stand trial, New Jersey Herald reported.

Victor Razumov, 21, was previously declared incompetent to stand trial for Virginia Sommer's murder in September, nine months after he gouged his eyes out during separate incidents at New Jersey State Prison in Trenton.

Judge William J. McGovern on Thursday again made the determination that Razumov was still unfit to stand trial after relying on reports of doctors at the Ann Klein Forensic Center, the Herald reported.

Razumov is facing murder, felony murder and other charges in connection with Sommer's murder in Nov. 2012. Razumov was 18 years old at the time and a student at High Point Regional High School.
